2025 PROGRAM TERMS

• Points for the 2025 trips accrue on qualifying purchases made at TML from January 1 through December 31, 2024.
• To remain eligible, you must be a ICP dealer at the time of the trip.
• Round-trip airfare is included from Toronto.
• Points cannot be used for upgrades, trip extensions or additional travelers.
• Your account must remain in good standing (prompt monthly payments) until the trip date.
• Invoices not paid according to the dealer’s normal terms will not accrue points.
• TML will issue a T4A form for the value of the trip. The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Each trip is based on double occupancy.
• Points are redeemable solely for the TML Dealer Trip Program.
• Points and trips have no cash or monetary value.
• Points may only be redeemed for trip dates listed.
• If you qualify to buy in for a second ticket, you will be responsible for the extra cost  ($1 per point) For example, if the trip is 399,998 points for two tickets, of which $90,000 equipment is required, and you earn 370,000 points (equivalent purchases), you will owe $810 (29,998 points x 0.027=$810) for the second ticket. Note: you must earn the first trip to be able to buy in the second ticket.
• You will be invoiced for these points in January 2025 for the trip to Playa Mujeres. Points are cumulative, cannot run into another year and first ticket points must be earned in order to buy into the second ticket.
• Participants are responsible for airline baggage fees.
• Participants are responsible for all required travel documents.
• TML may amend these terms at any time.
• TML may, at its sole discretion, cancel the trip program or change the destination for any reason it deems appropriate, including but not limited to: escalation of costs and expenses, economic conditions, acts of war, force majeure and acts of God.

In the unfortunate situation you must cancel, please refer to the following schedule:

• Cancel after October 28, 2024 and your TML account will be charged $300 per person. Trip points will not be retained.
